February favourites!

Hey everyone! I cant believe February is nearly over already this year is going so fast! Anyhow it is that time of the month again were I show all of you all the things I have been loving this month! Only seems like I did my January favourites yesterday :o
Enjoy♥

One of my favourites this month has been a nail polish:o! I don't really wear a lot of nail polish due to the fact that I am not allowed to wear it to school, so it seems pretty pointless wearing it for 2 days on a weekend! However I am obsessed with this nail polish by Maybelline in the shade; 150 mauve kiss. Its a beautiful beige and looks really pretty on!
The quality of this nail polish is fab! It doesn't chip very easily*thankgod because I am always smudging my nails or ruining them somehow*

This is a favourite that I am surprised to have in this post as it is a highlighter! I have never really thought much of highlighters, but I have heard so many youtubers/bloggers rave about the MUA undress your skin highlighter&how good it really is. Well me being nosy, I had to see what all the hype was about. I was surprised at how pigmented this highlighter was! It kind of scared me&I was worried it would look too fake on my face, however it blends in really nicely&looks super natural on! This was only £3 so its definitely worth buying!

This is a favourite that has definitely become a daily essential.. As you can see it is the Rimmel London stay matte primer, which I was quite scared of trying out. I have used a tester of there stay matte foundation which made me break out like mad..*not good :( *   I was really in need of a good primer that minimised my pores and kept my face matte and also allowed my makeup to last a little bit more throughout the day as sometimes after school I go out with friends or family and I don't really want to be applying more makeup. I have tried quite a few primers in the past that haven't  been able to do any of those things*not naming names*, so I didn't really have high hopes for this primer. However this  primer proved me wrong&has been able to do all those things!

I cannot believe how much easier a gel eyeliner is to use than a liquid eyeliner! Why didn't you tell me this before?! I use my real techniques pixel point eyeliner brush to apply this and it glides on so neatly and doesn't smudge either! It also dry's super quick!
The pigmentation on this eyeliner is amazing and the colour lasts all day!

This is a favourite that I am not surprised to be including. Ever since day one of using my collection lasting perfection foundation I haven't been able to fault it. The coverage is beyond flawless and this lasts all day with or without a primer! This foundation isn't cakey on my skin either! I was super impressed with the quality of this foundation!

I think this is actually the first clothing item I have including in my favourites on my blog, but how could I leave out this stunning topshop cropped jumper?! The quality of this is amazing! Its super soft&is beyond comfortable.. This jumper goes with pretty much anything, leggings or jeans or even a cute skater skirt!

http://youtu.be/6366dxFf-Os ;This month I have been obsessed with the song Why'd you only call me when you're high by Arctic Monkeys. I am a huge fan on the Arctic Monkeys and I have constantly been replaying this song over and over recently.

That concludes all my favourites for this month! Thank you so much for reading everyone. I hope you enjoyed todays post. Remember if you have any suggestions you can let me know whenever you want!

Some might say I'm addicted, I call it a hobby

Hey everyone. I hope you are all enjoying your half term! I am, I  came back from up-north yesterday and it was so hard to leave... I miss everyone so much already. I visited family, went shopping and had lazy days with my favourites.
Every time we go up-north we always go shopping and my suitcase never shuts after I have been shopping. I thought I would share with you guys everything I bought, enjoy hehe:).

I am not even ashamed of how much make-up I bought whilst I was up there. This is the Lasting Imperfection foundation by Collection in shade 3 cool beige, you may have also heard of the concealer which I am inlove with. I was tempted to purchase this foundation as I loved the concealer so much, I have already used this a few times&I wasn't too sure whether or not this would be as good as the concealer. WOW, its actually amazing. I firstly applied this to half my face to see the difference&this is the best foundation I have tried so far!!! It covers your redness, hides those imperfections and lasts all day without a primer being used! This is around £4-5 and is available here;
I apologise for the bad picture here oops. I am constantly on the look out for a new foundation to try out, whilst I was up-north my Auntie Melissa (aka my bestfriend) was using this foundation&her skin always looks amazing. I have only tried this once, but it did make my skin look flawless and it lasted all day without a primer once again. This is the maybeline Dream nude schuam foundation, one thing that I like is that instead of a liquid this foundation comes out like a foamy mouse!  Its still really easy to apply and blends easily.

This is the first time I have ever bought a CC cream and I am yet to try this one. I have a terrible complexion and my skin is always red, so I am hoping that this will correct my skin colour and even it out a bit more. I would wear this when I don't want to wear makeup, but my skin needs evening out a bit more.

More make-up ooppssssss..
I love mascara, I never leave the house without it because if I don't I just look ill and my eyes look horrid. I like a mascara to give my lashes length and volume. This is the w7 flirty eyes mascara and this is a dupe for the benefit they're real..which is too expensive and I don't know if I could bring myself to buying it. I think that this mascara works just as well and its really cheap at a grand total of £1.99.

My Auntie Melissa swears by gel eye liners&reccomended me this collection one. I cannot use a liquid eye liner easily, it takes me great struggle to get that perfect eyeliner when using liquid and I often end up giving up.
I am yet to try this out but I have seen how easily&quickly my Auntie Melissa applies this stuff&it lasts all day&always looks amazing. This is only £3.99 available here; http://www.superdrug.com/collection-2000/collection-2000-lasting-colour-gel-eyeliner-4g-black-1/invt/450652&bklist

This is completely random but its baby shampoo. I always get asked what I use to clean my makeup brushes and heres my answer. Baby shampoo is really gentle and a tiny drop cleans away a lot of make-up. I highly recommend using this to clean your brushes!

Everybody loves a bit of Topshop...especially me! Whilst I was away Up-North they had a sale on&ofcourse I could not resist going in just for a look*yeah*. This jumper is usually £32, reduced to £12 so I couldn't turn it down. I love cropped jumpers as I think they look really cute on. This Winter/Autumn my favourite colour in clothing has been burgundy which makes this even more hard to turn down. I think this is made of wool but I am not sure. This is so soft and cosy on, I could just cuddle it all day*weird*

This is just a plain grey long sleeved jersey from New Look for £8.99. I was badly in need of some plain tops to wear with jeans or leggings or even skater skirts.
This is a lovely soft material and is a little oversized which makes it even more comfy to wear! This is easy to pair with a lot of things due to the light grey colour.

You don't understand how much I love Topshop jeans, however they are so expensive!! When  I was Up-North, I saw these acid wash jeans for only £15 reduced from £36, I had to buy them. These are super comfy and look really nice on, however these pictures don't do them justice. They are easy to pair up with a lot&I think they are my new addiction...woops.

This is a random purchase, however I love the smell of the Boots body sprays. This is the Passion Fruit one&oh my gosh it smells amazing. These scents lasts quite a few hours and are amazing quality considering they are so inexpensive!
They have a lot of other scents too. I like that these don't smell horrid and cheap, which some of you may expect them too.

Thank you for reading! I hope you enjoyed seeing what I bought whilst I was Up-North, I certainly had a lot of fun buying it all! If you have any requests for a post then let me know as usual,

Lots of Love, Kiera

QOTD; Where do you like to shop the most?
