Makeup Revolution London Palette

Hey beauts! Today I have a review on the Makeup Revolution London Palette(a naked 3 dupe). I bought this about a week ago and have been using it every day since. Ever since the naked 3 palette was released I've had my eye on it but never got round to buying it.   ..

The shadows are such beautiful colours and there all pigmented, they have such a lovely creamy texture not forgetting that they glide on so easily. I have worn these eye shadows with and without an eye primer, I will say the colours do come through more with a primer but other than that it doesn't matter whether you wear one or not.

Creasing? I hate shadows that crease, it doesn't look pretty at all. I was worried that these shadows would crease because it was super cheap and I did jump to conclusions and think they would.. I take it back completely. I have worn colours from this palette from 12pm to about 9pm at night and even after nine hours wear the shadows hadn't budged or creased!

Price? I'd barely say by purchasing this product you'd be breaking the bank as its £4!! You could buy this palette with the spare change left over in your purse! Revolution also had foundations for £2 which  I am yet to try not forgetting their gorgeous lipsticks for £1 - I did have a cheeky swatch of a few in the shop and they were so creamy and pigmented!

Would you guys like to see more reviews on products from Revolution?

Bath Time Favourites

Hello lovelies! Like most others I enjoy a good old bath. I have a routine set in place for my indulgent evenings and well, let’s just say there’s quite the line-up of skin, hair and body treats that join me.

Without a doubt I always light a candle when running a bath its the ultimate way to relax, my favourite right now is the Pineapple Cilantro by Yankee - its such a gorgeous fruity scent. Due to my mums huge obsession with Yankee Candles I'm never short of them.

While the bath tub is filling up I use my usual cleanser(Mary Kay Cleanser), then I go in with a relaxing dead sea mud mask these are perfect if you want to brighten up your skin and cleanse your pores. I usually opt for Superdrugs own as it does an amazing job and my skin doesn't react badly for once! It works in such a short amount of time and is super affordable.

Before I jump in the bath I pop in a lush bath bomb or crumble in some bubble bar. Once I'm finally ready to get in the bath I go ahead and wash my body with Soap&Glorys 'Clean on me' body wash. This is so lovely and creamy and leaves a lovely scent lingering on my skin afterwards. Of course I have to go to the extra mile and shave my legs*the effort of being a lady*, I usually opt for the Veet shaving cream in the scent 'Rose'. I like to exfoliate after shaving as it helps get rid of any dead skin that may occur, I have always used the 'Scrub of my life' by Soap&Glory as I love the way it turns all foamy*big kid at heart*.

Hair timeeee! For my shampoo&conditioner I use the V05 heat defence shampoo because every bit of heat defence counts! I only apply conditioner to the ends of my hair as sometimes if I apply it to my roots my hair looks super shiny the next day. Once I am out the bath I go in with some argon oil on the ends of my hair as the ends are quite dry&often need reviving.

Last but not least a good old body butter, I don't think a bath is complete without moisturising afterwards. I am absolutely in love with the Soap&Glory 'Sugar Crush' body butter. It smells amazing..wait no devine, yes that's it, it smells devine. It smells like cheesecake to me, I do have to stop myself from eating it. The scent lingers for hours upon hours afterwards which is a bonus - I wish they'd bring out a perfume version!
So yummy.

Have you tried any of these products? Do you think I've left anything out, if so what?

I'D EAT DOG POO?!//summer q&a #1

Hello everyone!

I recently asked on Twitter and Instagram for you all to DM me some questions, they could have been as weird as you liked and some of you really didn't hold back with the weird questions!
Lets jump straight in..

 1. Would you rather eat dog poop or a spider?
A lot of you may know that I suffer with Arachnophobia*a severe fear of spiders* .So therefore I would eat anything over eating a spider..

 2.  What's your current go to hairstyle?
Messy bun completely! They're so easy and quick to do! It also gets my hair of my neck!

3.  Can I  still wear my boots throughout summer?
Of course! Boots can go perfectly with a cute little summer dress or denim shorts and a cropped tee. You can always incorporate winter items into your summer wardrobe easily!

4. Will you ever create a youtube channel?
Maybe - it all depends how my blog goes. I love the whole youtube culture and I would love to be part of it, however at the moment I am quite happy sticking to my blog.

5.  Would you consider yourself a lazy person or an active person?
A bit of both. Sometimes I can be so lazy and spend the whole day in bed when others I can get up and for a mile run and be super productive.

6. Guilty pleasure?
My bed- I spend half my time there. If you can't find me then take a look in my bed because I will most probably be there!

7. Are you going on holiday this year?
Yes I am - I am actually in Cornwall whilst you are reading this because I scheduled this post to go up whilst I was away so therefore you didn't miss out.

8. If you were faced with a bunch of spiders what would you do?
Run for absolute miles!! That or just lay there die.

9. Have you heard Troye Sivans new song?
YESSSSS - I am completely in love with it!

10. How long have you been blogging for?
Almost a year - how crazy is that!

11. Would you go back in time and not create a blog if you could?
NO WAY!  I absolutely love blogging - I have met so many lovely people through blogging and even made strong friendships through doing this:).

12. What are you tips for trying to be healthier?
Do not think about it. I often find myself constantly saying 'Don't forget your being healthy, stay healthy. No chocolate, nothing', I often find myself then giving in and saying 'Ahh go for it have some chocolate' and then my healthy eating goes down hill completely. Where as if I don't think about it, being healthy comes naturally.

13. Pet peeves?
Rude people - I just can't stand people who are rude, like manners cost nothing seriously!

14. How long have you been friends with Jenny for?
2/3years I think, we met in year seven and have been friends ever since. We are so super close now and she's my absolute bestfriend! She's literally become part of my family!

15. Favourite member of PLL?
Aria all the way - she's so beautiful!

16. Do you watch Gossip Girl?

Yes&I love that show! If you follow me on twitter then you will see my little rants about Dan&Sabrinas relationship- yeah they're cute together but they keep trying&its not working!

That's all the questions I am going to answer today!

I hoped you enjoyed reading this!:)

Getting Mermaid Hair | Crazy Colour

Hey beauts! It's the night before I go on holiday and I am currently rushing around packing etc.. however earlier on today I dip dyed my hair a gorgeous blue/green, as soon as I uploaded a picture to Twitter so many of you guys asked for a post on my hair.. so here we go! Excuse the horrid quality photo as these were done on my ipod.

My dye is only semi permanent - I use Crazy Colour shade no.63 bubblegum blue, don't worry it doesn't come out a bright blue. I was so worried that it would but gave out a big sigh of relief when it wasn't. This doesn't make your hair feel ratty or rough at all, it still feels smooth afterward.

I'm so upset that my camera didn't pick up the true colour of my hair, if you watch Sabrina on youtube imagine her hair as that's the colour of my hair right now. I'm so pleased with the turn out of the colour and I'm obsessed.

Sorry its been such a quick post but I need to finish getting sorted etc.. Be expecting posts throughout the week as I have scheduled quite a few!

Holiday Tips | Travelling fears&Organisation

Hello lovelies! Today I have a 'Holiday Tips' post for you all as we're in summer and I know a lot of you guys me included get quite anxious about holidays especially the travelling and organisation part. So in order to help you all I have put together a few tips that personally help me, as I hope these will help you too. Quickly before we start  I would like to say these are just little things that help me and I'm not saying that these are 100% helpful to everyone.. anyway without a further or do..

First of all we're gonna start with travelling tips because I particularly get nervous about travelling, something that helps me the most is a 'Summer Playlist' full of my current favourite songs, be sure to make it super long though because you don't wanna be stuck on a long haul flight or a long drive constantly listening to the same song over&over again. I highly recommend taking a book, preferably an audible book as I find this super relaxing to have someone else read a book to you so you can sit back&relax. Finally a lot of you will think this is super weird however whenever I travel to go on holiday I love to listen to rain on my phone and shut my eyes. I love the sound of rain&it helps me to get to sleep, this is super helpful because obviously when you're asleep you're not anxious which is a big help if you're like me... but I certainly don't wanna be going somewhere rainy!

Now I am actually not a very organised person and I often leave things to last minute..however the second it comes to going on holiday I'm all about organisation.  This is pretty obvious but 'Checklists' are a life saver for packing, every time I go on holiday I make myself a checklist so therefore I can tick things off as I pack.. this stops me from worrying about forgetting anything.  I like to pack quite in advance for holidays too, I just cant leave things to last minute otherwise I will end up in a huge panic. If you get the packing out of the way, you will feel so much more relaxed and calm about everything.  Having sections in your suitcase can help you sooooooo much! It personally makes life so much easier, so I know exactly where everything is.

That's it guys, there just a few tips that personally help me when going on holiday. Would you like to see more tips? If so let me know!

I'M GOING ON HOLIDAY ON FRIDAY YESSSS!

Holiday clothing haul | 2014

Hey you guysss!

I may or may not have accidently gone shopping and bought some cheeky little items of clothing...These were all intended for my holiday so I have gave myself a pretty good excuse.

For some reason the editing app I use has squashed my photos so my vests and leggings look really short and large...hm.

These shorts were £3.00 from Primark and are perfect for when your are on holiday. I love wearing these type of shorts down to beach as they are so comfy and easy to pair up. I got three pairs of these because I love them so much.

I love these shorts, they are so beautiful. I have been looking for high wasted denim shorts for ages and I have finally found the perfect pair. These are from Primark for £10 and they are so super comfy!

Do you guys see what I mean about the photo app?! Urgh!

Anyway these leggings/baggy trousers are again from Primark and are so adorable! The photo doesn't do the leggings any justice. I bought these for the travelling side of things as they will be super comfy for the 5/6hour drive I will have ahead of me! These were £8.

To me when I go on holiday vest tops are an essential as they go with shorts/skirts/leggings. I actually had no decent vest tops so I needed some more. I bought 4 vest tops for £10 from Select. Pretty boring I know.

That's all I bought for my holiday on this occasion,  I will be going out again tomorrow to get a few more bits&bobs let me know if you would like that too!:)

WHATS IN MY HOLIDAY WASH BAG

Hey beauts! With just under a week to go until my holiday, the packing panic is really starting to kick in! For me I often find that when I arrive on holiday I have forgot something and then the first day is spent looking for the nearest local supermarket trying to guess what the product is.

As you can see *almost* everything will be packed into this gorgeous little mermaid wash bag. I say almost everything because my hair products and body stuff will be packed away separately as I need to fit makeup in here too*post coming soon*.  However if you're not like me and over pack then this should be the perfect size wash bag for you. The fab thing about this wash bag is that its water proof so if any spillages do happen then they can be wiped away clean super easy with a wet wipe.

So, first up, face products! I don't always stick to a great skincare routine on our summer holiday, but I still going to try! I'm bringing along with me my Garnier shine be gone facial wash. This is great for holidays because it works miracles when it comes to reducing oil*which is needed on a hot day!*. As well as this I am taking along with me my Simple Kind To Skin Hydrating Moisturiser purely because its my favourite moisturiser of all time and is the perfect size for travelling. Finally I'm bringing along my EOS lip balm which is perfect for lips which are easily damaged from the sun.

For body (and teeth..) I'm not bringing too many products, as I don't want to take up too much room. However these few items are a must have for me - lucky enough I don't have to worry about body wash ect as my step mum&dad are bringing that along!. First off toothpaste- well for a obvious reason! Next I'm bringing along deodorant because smelling of B.O is not something I want to achieve whilst I'm on holiday. As I want to stay smelling nice I have opted for my boots natural collection passionfruit body spray. I'm also bringing along with me my favourite sun cream the garnier clear protect. This is waterproof so its perfect for when I am by the poolside/sea. I'm also bringing along my favourite ever after sun by Avon, this promotes tanning and soothes skin after a long day of sun exposure.

When it comes to holiday hair care I try to keep my hair in as good condition as possible. Unfortunately due to weight restrictions I have to keep the amount of products I take away with me to a minimum.   So on the shortlist we have my United shampoo&leave in conditioner, I am inlove with this shampoo&conditioner as it leaves my hair feeling glossy and super soft. Next up I have my united argon oil to place on the ends of my hair to help revive it after a day in the sun! Know we all know on holiday sometimes we get a bit lazy and don't bother to wash our hair because lets face it's going to get salty from the sea water again the next day, so dry shampoo is a complete essential! Finally, what's summer without a floral hair band?

What do you think of my holiday wash bag picks? Did I miss anything out? If you think I did let me know!

July Favourites | 2014

Hello!

It’s time for another favourites post to share what I’ve been loving this month.

This month I have been loving my Dior blush especially the coral side. It's such a gorgeous shade and perfect for summer!

I am so surprised at how amazing this foundation is and the coverage is actually flawless. It leaves your skin looking so duey and lasts all day without a fail.

Its so beautiful*cryyyy*, I usually can't wear bronzers because I'm so fair and they often make me look cakey however this Loreal bronzer&highlighter duo is perfect for my skin tone!

If you haven't tried this yoghurt then your missing out big time! Its the best yoghurt ever and goes so nice with fruit or in smoothies.

I have honestly been searching for the perfect brow pencil ever since I started wearing makeup and I never found one. I was at the Benefit counter the other day and saw this brow pencil and I instantly fell in love. It matches my hair colour perfectly!

What's this? Exactly what I thought when I found this in the bottom of my handbag I then realised it was a hand and body lotion. It makes your skin feel so soft and leaves such a beautiful scent behind.

This month I have been obsessed with these beautiful glasses from Primark. They are so vintage looking and go with every outfit.

I completely suck at favourite posts...mehhhhh. I don't know if I will carry these on in the future because I feel like these posts really let down my blog:')).
