Autumn Wishlist

Hello lovelies! Although it's still pretty warm outside which I'm not happy about, it is September which means...Autumn clothing eek! I have put together my own little wish list of things that I have got my eye on this season! This post is so delayed that I have actually bought some of these things already.. maybe.

 

 

Item one is a beautiful sunflower playlist that I saw on ebay for £15, I don't usually like playsuits however this one really stood out to me and in my opinion would look cute with boots and thick tights. Yes or no?

Item two is something I already but own but in grey. Burgundy is such a staple autumn colour and it goes with so much! However I opted for grey because grey, black or white is my thing! This is from h&m £24.99.

Item three is black joni jeans from Top-shop. Which I am sure most of you already own! However I didn't up until now! I had a blue pair but I always look in my wardrobe and think 'this would look great with black jeans!'

Item four I'm not too keen on anymore however I didn't want to have to re-do the whole collage again*lazy blogger*. I don't know where this coat is from I just found it on Instagram and at the time fell in love however now looking at it I don't if I like it.

Item five is a plain v neck dress, I don't own any plain dresses. I really need to invest in some more because they look really cute in winter with a chunky cardigan and tights. This one is from new look, I think. I actually didn't make note of where these things were from and I should of, sorry!

Item six the final item is a kaki green scallop top from top-shop for £22, I really like the top versions of these for winter because they're not as revealing as the cropped version!

Please excuse the random little picture in the bottom left, I couldn't get rid of it. I don't know why it's there either!

Tanning Routine!

Hey beauts! As most of you are aware I do occasionally like to tan up when I don't feel like looking like a ghost. Sometimes if I'm looking for something more subtle I will use a tinted moisturiser however today I'm just going to be showing you my routine for when I use actual fake tan!

First up I exfoliate - exfoliating is so important before tanning as it gets rid of dead skin cells. Nobody wants their fake tan to stick to certain parts of your skin where the dead skin is clinging on and not allowing your tan to rub in. I highly recommend the S&G Scrub of your life exfoliator. I love the way this foams up and isn't too harsh on the skin!


After my bath and exfoliating I like to use a moisturiser which ever one really takes me fancy - I usually opt for one again from S&G. I like to moisturise  again just to smooth out my skin and make it a lot easier for my tan to go on and blend in!

WEAR GLOVES - Seriously, wear gloves when using a fake tan, it doesn't matter so much if your only using a tinted moisturiser! I have faked tan so many times without using gloves and its a bad idea, trust me! I really recommend the 'Make Believe instant tan' especially if you have paler skin and want a subtle tan. The only downfall is that this does have a matte finish and when I tan I like my skin to have more of a glow.


To finish off and give my skin a glow I use the S&G Glow Lotion, this is such a lovely body highlighter! This was a gift from a friend for my birthday and literally ever since it has been my holy grale product for when I'm tanning!

Skincare Routine; night edition! ` 100th post!

Hey lovelies! Recently I've finally got myself a skincare routine that I am happy with and actually been able to stick to. I'll be doing a morning skincare routine very soon! Also very quickly this is my 100th post on here, that's mad!



To remove my makeup on a night I differ between my 'Nivea Sensitive Cleansing Milk' or my 'Garnier Micellar Water'. Depending on how much makeup I have on - if I have a lot on and want a quicker option for removing my makeup then I go for my Garnier however if I'm not wearing a lot and my skins not too great I'll use my cleansing milk as it's a lot more soothing on my skin!

Next up I go in with my favourite product of all times my 'Neutrogena Daily Scrub' this has helped clear up my skin so much its unreal! This smells gorgeous which is a huge plus! This is great for all skin types.

Up until about a month I wasn't cleansing or toning at all, why? I didn't see the point. I recently started using the Nivea 2in1 Cleanser&Toner this gives my skin a glow and really helps calm it down after using a scrub.

Depending on the day and how I'm feeling sometimes I will use my latest edition to my facemask collection the Dirty Works berry berry detox mask. This is a clay mask and I specially love this because you can see your pores and the areas where its working! You leave this on for around ten minutes.

Lastly moisturising! Moisturising is so important. Regardless of how lazy I'm feeling I will never forget to moisturise! A lot of people who have oily skin think that they can't moisturise - well you can! I love the Simple oil balancing moisturiser! I've been using this for a while now and it does a great job!

Let The Good Times Roll | Review

Hey beauts! Recently I have been one of lush's cleanser called 'Let the good times roll'. This has little bits of popcorn inside it and it smells so yummy!!

This might look super weird but I promise it does the job! You only need the tiniest bit so it will last a while! You take a tiny chunk into the palm of your hand, add some water and form a paste. Massage this into your skin then wash it off with water.


This is £6.40 for 100g, which for Lush skincare is a really good price! I'm sure your local lush staff will let you have a quick try before you buy it as I know a lot of lush staff do where I live!

This leaves your skin feeling so soft and clean! Imagine this rubbing popcorn onto your face and it being good for your skin?! Who would off thought! I was a bit wary about rubbing this onto my face at first but it's done such a good job I don't mind as much!


I wouldn't recommend grabbing some popcorn out the cupboard and rubbing that on your face though! If you do try that then let me know how that goes for you haha!

PRETTY IN PEACH

 Hello lovelies!
So the other day  I went out the my local market and found a beautiful pair of loafers and I couldn't resist them! They were an absolute bargain as well! I have been looking for a pair of Russell&bromley loafers for what seems like years, however i havent found the right pair for me. When I saw these at Dagenham market for ten pounds there was no questions asked! I tried them on and they were mine. 

I have been wearing these a lot lately and they go with so much, you can even convert this into a winter shoe with some cream chunky tights and a pretty skirt. I personally love to wear these with jeans and my kimono. There definitely very different to anything I own in my wardrobe as I find myself living in converse 24:7 and I really want to get out of this habit.

Blogging Reflection | One Year On

Hey beauts! So a year ago today I was sat in my room creating my very first ever blog post.. crazy right?  I just wanted to take a post to reflect on my last year of blogging, I hope you don't mind.

I have made so many lovely blogger friends over this past year and they as well as you guys have really helped boost my confidence when it comes to blogging. I have stopped worrying about what people think of me and started doing what I think is best.

New theme? Yes if you haven't noticed already I have given my blog a makeover, I am using a template made by Kate from Kateswardrobex, her blog will be listed below! I just wanted a fresh start to my blog.

This is all so crazy. Thank you all so much for viewing my blog, you all mean so much to me. When I first started blogging I recieved a couple hundred views and that was amazing but to now be recieving thousands a day is insane and something I never thought would happen!

I know this was a super quick post but I just wanted to say thank you😚

Top 3 Eyebrow Products

Hey lovelies! About a year ago my eyebrows were something I began to really try and fix up! During this period of time I have tried a lot of brow products - this does mean I have favourites! Only three made the cut though!

My all time favourite brow product is the Make-up Revolution focus&fix brow kit. This has three different shades and a wax to set your brows. I use shade one and two, sometimes together or alone. This is super affordable however I don't know if this is available everywhere.

Rimmel London 'Brow This Way'.

 

This is the perfect product for a lazy day when you really can't be bothered to mess around with mixing shades etc. This goes on super easy and also helps to hold your brows in place. This honestly only takes about 30seconds to do, whilst looking super natural too!

 

 

 

 

Lastly something simple and not too complicated. I think a brow pencil is a pretty simple product and doesn't take much expertise. I really love the MUA brow pencil in blonde. As it's the only brow pencil that really matches the colour of my brows. Brow pencils aren't the quickest of products but are great if you really want to get a strong brow look.

Beauty Blogger Tag | No2

Hello lovelies! I was reading my friend Leah's blog the other day and I saw her doing this tag. I really enjoyed reading hers so I tagged myself do it;)

 

 

1. Is your hair naturally curly or straight?

 

My hairs naturally straight originally however lately its decided to become more wavy.. its horrid.

 

2. What is your natural hair colour?

 

I have light blonde hair which I really want to change to brown, I don't know why but I want to be a brunette.

 

 

3. Do you dye it yourself of do you go to a salon?

 

I've only ever dip dyed semi permanently, I did that myself.

 

4. How often do you wash your hair?

 

Unfortunately my hair gets dirty quite quickly if its handled too much, so I do wash my hair every other day maybe even every two days depending on how it's starting to look.

 

5. Do you wear the same style everyday or change it?

 

Most of you will know my hairs pretty much always in a messy bun through no fault of my own.. it just happens. I do try and change it up but I can't help it.

 

6. Do you do your own mani/pedi or go to a salon?

 

I usually do it myself during school time but in the holidays my mum usually treats me to a mani/pedi.

 

 

7. How often do you change your nail polish?

 

Due to the fact that  I can't wear nail polish to school I usually put on a fresh colour every weekend, but my toes well like my friend Leah said I leave it until it's practically worn on! *Yes gross but I'm lazy*

 

8. Do you polish your toes in the winter too, or just in the summer?

 

All year round! Ever since I learnt how to paint my nails there hasn't been a day where my toenails have been bare. I know this is bad because your supposed to let your nails breath but I can't bare to have my toenails without polish on.

 

 

9. How long does it take to put on your makeup?

 

Depending on the occasion it can take me up to ten minutes on a normal day but if its something special then up to an hour+.

 

 

10. What do you do first? Face or eyes?

 

Eyes so that way if there's any fall out it can be hidden easily!

 

 

11. Do you "collect" makeup or just buy it when you need it?

 

I just buy it when I see something that intrigues me, like a new shade of lipstick. I don't need it but I'll get it anyway.

 

12. How often do you wear false eyelashes?

 

Never, I don't like the feel of them. I feel like they weigh my eyes down!

 

13. Do you do a full face of makeup everyday?

 

haha NO! Who has the time?!

 

14. Do you wear makeup when your home alone (or with family)?

 

No, if I'm not really doing much I don't feel the need too and its quite nice to just let my skin breathe some days.

 

15. Will you leave the house without makeup?

 

If I'm only going to the shops or visiting a family member then yes of course!

 

 

16. How many high end products do you have?

 

Since my birthday I've collected quite a bit!

 

17. How often do you wash your makeup brushes?

 

Once in a blue moon basically! Pretty much sums that one up!

 

 18. Do you plan your OOTD every night or decide when you are getting dressed?

 

I'm terrible for leaving things to last minute - especially when it comes to outfits! I probably should plan them the night before but I'm too lazy too!

 

19. How often do you change your handbag?

All depends where I'm going to be honest! Most of the time I don't bother though!

 

20. What time do you get up & go to sleep?

I can never get to sleep so I always end up going to bed quite late! This doesn't have a good effect on me on a school day when I have to get up at 7am! However on a weekend I wake up whenever!

 

21.How often & when do I workout?

All the time! For an hour a day!

 

......sometimes....does walking the dog count? Yes well everyday then for an hour is correct!

 

22. Left-handed or Right-handed?

Right Handed.

 

23. How tall are you?

I'm not even tall.. just small.

 

24. Can you speak a foreign language?

I learn Spanish and German at school twice a week in both subjects but I'm not fluent!

 

25. How many pets do you have?

Five -  A dog*she's my little baby<3*. A cat, two guinea pigs and a tortoise*new addition!*

 

26. How often are you on Blogger?

It may not seem like I blog a lot but I'm always on blogger!

 

27. Do you read the comments posted on blogs?

If there on mine - yes. Otherwise no!

 

28. Do you keep a list of products to try as you see other posts?

Yes - this isn't a good thing because it means I spend more money!

 

29. How did you come up with your blog name?

It's my name! So original!

 

30. What kind of camera do you use for photographs?

I am lucky enough to own a proper photography camera - so I use that. However lately my editing app has been making my pictures look a bit blurry so that's something to look into!

 

31. How often do you clean your house?

 

I don't clean my own room let alone the house. As I'm only fourteen I luckily don't have that huge job to do!

 

32. Favourite colour?

 

I love mint!

Birthday Presents!

Hey beauts! This has been highly requested since my birthday and I love these kind of posts so I was excited to do one of my own! I would like to quickly say I am not bragging in anyway or possible, to prevent this idea being put into peoples heads I am only going to show some of my presents. A lot of relatives gave me money as did friends!
 
 

 
Possibly my favourite present ever! My best friends Maisie, Leah&Jenny all chipped in on getting me this beautiful 'Feelin' Dandy' set from Benefit. It's so beautiful and I wore it on my birthday and got so many compliments on my makeup!
 
 

 
 
My dads fiancée was so lovely and got me this gorgeous makeup set. This is super handy for travelling if you can't decide which blusher to take or which eye shadow palette in fact! So I can already see this coming in super handy!

 
My three lovely friends also got me the new Katy Perry perfume. Not only is the packaging beautiful but the smell is too! I've worn this most days since I got it and the amount of compliments was unreal!
 

 



My friend Helaina bought me the S&G 'Calm one, Calm all' bubble bath, I haven't had a chance to use this yet but it smells gorgeous! She also got me the 'Glow Lotion' which  I have been using after tanning. This leaves such a beautiful glow!
 
 

 

My three bestfriends again got me my favourite product from lush! Its the 'Brightside Bubble bar'. I love the colour and the way this smells. It's such a gorgeous fruity scent.

 

 

 

 
*worst quality argh sorry!* My mum got me this gorgeous jumper from River Island. My mum said it was me down to a 't' because I am constantly blogging! I have barely taken this off since I got it!
 

 
 
My friends got me two lipsticks and they're both such gorgeous colours. I have worn both of these lipsticks and they're both amazingly pigmented and last so long!

 

 

 

 

Lastly my friend Olivia bought me the 'Victoria Secret Love Spell' body spray which has claimed its place in my bag probably for good! I've never thought much of these sprays but now I'm addicted! I spray this about a million times a day!

Birthday Celebrations | 14th Birthday

Hello lovelies! So for those of you who don't know Sunday just gone(September 7th) was my birthday! I had such a lovely little birthday weekend that I couldn't resist the urge to share it with you! My best friends made my birthday probably the best birthday I've had in a while. Leah and Jenny were so lovely and came round early Saturday morning to help my mum put up balloons and buntings for that night. They also made me a carrot cake for those of you who don't know its my favourite cake in the world*It was so yummy!* I laughed all night and it was so lovely to wake up with my friends on my birthday saying happy birthday to me! I then spent my actual birthday with family round my dads which was cute:).
