Collective Haul | Spring

Hey lovelies!! It's been a while since I last did I a haul, purely because I've had no money for months on end. Recently I went up to London with my best friends and picked up a few bits and of course there has  been a few shopping trips out with my mum(clothing/accessory haul coming soon)

Obviously with it being me there is no way I bought this all in one go and it has been spread over the last month or so.

I couldn't resist Connors book, okay. It just looks so tumblr and beautiful, it had to happen at some point. This was only £3.85 on Amazon down from £9.99. It was fate, I have amazon prime too so I didn't even have to pay for postage.  I've started reading this a bit already and it's honestly so inspiring. I'm not usually one for 'autobiographies' however this really drew me in. If you're a teenager of my age then you would find this amazing, he covers all sorts of difference life topics and tells us his experiences. I'm not making this book sound as good as it is... just go buy it here.

I know, I don't need anymore makeup but I cant help myself!! I did actually need a new Rimmel London Stay Matte powder because I smashed mine, again. I actually hate the packaging of this because it smashes so easily however I keep rebuying it because I love the actual powder itself. I have tried other powders but nothing compares to it. Plus it's only £3.99 so how can you go wrong.

You've already seen a review of this but I wanted to include it in my haul because it is fairly new. I love this L'Oreal Paris False Lash Superstar mascara. I seriously can't get enough it.  I wont go on about this too much because my last post a was a review on this.
I lurvvv this foundation so much. If you haven't already tried this foundation then get your hands on the L'Oreal Paris True Match foundation, whether you have oily skin or dry skin you need this. My mum has dry skin and uses this and it looks amazing on her skin and ever when I use it leaves the same stunning finish and my skin looks duey in a good way, not oily. Duey. There's a difference. This is only £9.99, for what it is it's such a bargain.

I never used to use any nail polishes other than the Barry M gelly hi-shines. However lately I picked up this one from Revlon in 360 Mischievous. I didn't think I was going to like it all to be completely honest however I don't prefer these but there still just as good. The brush is super thin so it glides on easily. This nail polish lasts me 4 days at a time without chipping or loosing its glossiness.

You'd be lying if you didn't say this was the most beautiful glasses case you have ever seen. I love this so much. My mum bought some sunglasses from Topshop and they come with a free glasses case so my mum let me choose this one and keep it. I'm obsessed with it. There was white metallic or silver metallic however I went for the pink because I couldn't resist how pretty it is. Now I just need to buy some just as pretty sunglasses to go in it. I usually just throw my sunglasses in and don't care about them but they always break so this year I'm trying to look after them.

I'M SO EXCITED FOR THIS. When me and my friends were up in London we obviously had to pop into the new Lush in Oxford Street its the biggest Lush in the world!! The second we walked we were shown a demo of this bath bomb 'Intergalatic' and it's so glittery and beautiful. The colours it produces are unreal. It also smells amazing. Lush oxford street have a lot of bath bombs which are only available in that store, this being one of them. If you're in Oxford Street you need to go into the lush and have a sniff of all the new products because there amazing.

This is an essential for me this time of year spring/summer. I've used this for three years and I've always re-purchased it every year. It works so quickly on my skin and gives off such a glow and actually makes me tanned, not orange. Tanned. A lot of tinted moisturising tanners usually make me go orange or streaky. However this doesn't, it looks so natural and I love the scent it leaves on my skin. It's available in boots or superdrug and it's super affordable.

After watching Brogantatexo's vlogs I've seen her rave about this deodorant for ages. She even dedicated a whole blog post to it. I saw this on offer in Sainsburys and I picked it up to see what all the hype was about. I do actually agree with Brogan, it's amazing. Usually I'm quite fussy with deodorants, this one has a really love clean scent. It doesn't leave white marks on my clothes either, which a lot of deodorants do for me. I only picked up the small bottle of this because I didn't expect to like it however I am definitely going to pick up the larger bottle next time.

That's all that I bought for this part of the haul. In a couple of weeks I will do another haul with my new clothes etc.  I hope you all enjoyed todays blog post!

L'Oreal False Lash Superstar | Review

Hey beauts! Hope your having a lovely bank holiday!  Recently L'Oreal have released a new mascara. I actually bought mine from Superdrug the day after it was released.  I was a little sceptical and scared of it at first. Sounds silly but I haven't ever had a two sided mascara before. I actually expected this to be a mascara for the upper lashes and the lower lashes.

On one end is a primer and the other end a normal mascara. When I was applying this for the first time it felt weird applying a white mascara and it wasn't my best look to be honest. Once I had applied the black mascara my lashes looked amazing!!

I had never been bothered by a primer for my mascara to be honest. I didn't ever feel like it was important nor did I want one. However since buying this I cant wear mascara without a primer now. Since using this it's meant I have said goodbye to smudged mascara under my eyes at the end of the day and hello to gorgeous lashes all day, no matter what. (unless water is thrown directly at my face..) If you're worried about the mascara being hard to remove due to the primer, don't. It honestly makes no difference and I found it just as easy to remove as any of my others.

The wand is actually quite similar in a way to the roller lash by Benefit. This mascara has a really nice formula and applies easily. It gives volume and pushes my lashes upwards making them look a lot longer and fuller. It feels quite conditioning when I apply it. I have tried this without the primer and it applies just a nicely. Unfortunately not as lasting though, without the primer my eyelashes start to fall. However as a pair its amazing.

I seriously love this mascara , I really recommend it. It's only £10.99 which is an amazing price for what it is. This will definitely be in my up coming favourites.

Naked 3 VS Iconic 3 | Dupe Alert

Hey beauts.

Over the last few months I have been trying out the Naked 3 and Iconic 3 palette. I know that the Naked 3 palette isn't in everybody's price range and all long for a dupe. The Naked 3 palette retails for £38.00 and the Iconic 3 is only £4. I did a little test and wore the same eye look on each eye but for my left eye used Revolutions and for the right I used Urban Decays. Nobody even noticed a difference!

Packaging: Obviously there is a distinct difference in the packaging. With the Naked 3 being a lot more appealing and sturdy. It closes a lot tighter and comes with a mirror and a decent brush. On the other hand the Iconic 3 packaging is thinner and doesn't shut as sturdy. It also lacks a mirror. That being said I have dropped the Iconic 3 many of times and it hasn't even scratched.

Pigmentation/Feel/Lasting: The pigmentation is so similar. All the colours in every single palette are so pigmented. The quality of the Iconic 3 is identical to Naked 3.  I swatched nooner from Naked 3 and the dupe of it from Iconic 3. Despite the colours not being identical they are pretty similar.
They are chalky but easy to apply, there isn't a lot of fall out despite them being chalky. They blend easily too and once on the Naked 3 barely budges. That's the one major difference that with the Iconic 3 if you don't use a eyelid primer then it does come off a bit but pair it with a primer and your good to go.

Availability:  The iconic 3 is only available in superdrug and the Naked 3 is available in Debenhams/house of Frasier/Sephora.

These two palettes are honestly incredible. If you have the budget then of course go for the Urban Decay Naked 3 but if you don't then there's honestly nothing with the Iconic 3.  I have both and keep one at my dads and one at my mums because they're so similar it doesn't make a difference to me which one I use.

April Favourites | I'm back!

Hello! This is my first blog post in over a month!! I can't believe its been so long, however my evenings and any spare time I had was spent revising my butt off for exams. They're finally over which means I can get my blogging game on again. Despite being over a week into May, I still felt it right to do my April faves as I loved so much this month!

Getting the boring one out the way, lately I have been loving this Intempo speaker which I was gifted for Christmas in my stocking in 2013. This is amazing, it works via Bluetooth, you have to connect your phone to it and place the speaker on a flat surface. Then the music sounds like its coming from either your table or even the floor depending on where you place it. The sound quality is incredible too.

These lipsticks aren't even on sale anymore which shows how hold they are. In April I re-discovered my BadGal lipstick by Benefit. I love this lipstick so much because its the perfect dark pink/light red. I've been wearing this with a more contoured makeup look and I love it, a lot.

Another lipstick I know. If you saw my lately blog post then you may have already heard a lot about this. Quite a more suttle lip colour compared to the last lipstick. I love how neutral this is. It's perfect for a more subtle look. The quality of this lipstick is incredible and super moisturising.

I know, I know you've heard enough about this foundation already but I was late to the bandwagon as per usual. I bloody love this!! It's the only foundation that has ever kept my oily skin matte, the entire day.  The coverage is amazing too, its medium/high coverage but doesn't feel heavy on the skin in the slightest. It's super light weight and the lasting power is incredible, you definitely don't need powder with this.

I was sceptical of this foundation at first because surely 3 in 1 wouldn't work?. As if one product could prime, conceal and be a foundation. Well it can, the only thing I would say is that if you like a highlighted under eye then you do have to use lighter concealer under you eyes to brighten them. Apart from that whenever I wear this my skin looks amazing.

I've tried the original Garnier micellar water before and they've recently bought out a matte one. I picked this up because I was intrigued to see the difference. To be honest as far as mattifying goes, I wasn't impressed. But I love the way this removes my makeup and how my skin feels after. I don't think I've ever included the original in a blog post before so I decided to include it.

My most favourite product of the month. I absolutely love this Morphy Richards smoothie maker. I've been loving smoothies over the last few months, I did long for a nutribullet but due to the price day I went for something a little cheaper. Which funnily enough this one comes with all the same parts as a Nutribullet. I have a smoothie recipe coming soon so look out for that!

YouTuber: My favourite YouYuber of the month has been BroganTatexo. I have especially loved her weekly vlogs. They're uploaded every Monday at 6pm GMT.

My favourite singer/song of the month is Grades and his song Crocodile Tears. I've also really been loving the Dirty Dancing soundtrack too, but that's an all time favourite. Also What I Go To School For by McBusted.

App of the month has been QuizUp.You obviously are able to take quizzes, but the best part is you can take them with random people all over the world. I've had so much fun with this app.

That's it for my favourite of April. I hope you enjoyed this post!
