Rimmel London- match perfection foundation review.

     Foundation  Review;

Hey everyone, so if you have been reading my posts from the start you will know that a few months back I purchased the rimmel London match perfection foundation. When I was doing my makeup this morning I realised I had not done a review on it yet. So I decided to do one today;

Hmm yeah the packaging has been a little bit destroyed....
                 I will admit that I am not the neatest person when it comes to foundation, I honestly get it everywhere.

The writing has scratched off due to the amount of times I have threw this in my bag to go somewhere... oops.

My shade is 103 true ivory- I recommend this shade for medium pale skin types, like mine.

Top reasons why its good;

1) This is super cheap at £5.00 and it lasts you for ages.. Depending on how much you wear a day, I don't wear this everyday hence why it has lasted me so long.
2) This doesn't leave your face looking caked in makeup or look to sheer on your skin, it doesn't make you oily either.
3) The coverage is buildable and is easy to work with, I recommend applying with a foundation brush or a beauty blender for the best results.
4) Looks flawless in any lighting.
5) Lasts absolutely all day, so you don't have to worry about priming you face.

Why I don't recommend this;

Now to be honest I don't  really have many bad things to say about this foundation however;
1) The lid is not very secure so can fall off when inside your bag which may unfortunately cause it to leak which is never a good thing.
2) The only bad thing I would really criticise it on is if u apply this everywhere like I do, including under your eyes it does crease do make sure you blend in fully.

New year- New resolutions xo

Happy new year everyone! -2014 woo!

 Now I don't care how dodgy I look in the picture as it was Christmas day so lets just go with it.

So once again its a new year and that means more resolutions which I am going to try and complete... Which in my case may or may not happen..

Confidence- My first new years resolution is definitely to boost my self confidence a lot more as I do slack in that area a little bit.

Blogging- I would like to post at least two blogs a week, and decorate my blog a little more and make my posts as fun and interesting as I possibly can.

Organisation- For some unknown reason I would like to become more organised and tidy so I do not lose things as often as I do. I would also like to keep my room a lot more tidy as my mum kindly decorated it for me this year and made it look really cute and I would really like it to stay that way.

Family- I would like to visit my family a whole lot more as I feel don't seem them enough, especially those who live in north England(my birth place) as this year was the first time I saw them in three years and I do not wish for there to be such big gap between visits next time.

MyDoggy-  I am the only one in my family who properly walks the dog about an hour everyone else takes her for a walk for only really 10 minutes. However this year I am going to try and take my dog for a walk once every single day excluding the days I am at my dads. This way I don't be too much of a human sloth and my baby gets her walk.

What are your new year resolutions?

I do hope I can stick to mine, fingers crossed.

bye xo

A few of my favourite christmas presents xo

I hope you all had a very merry Christmas and enjoyed spending it with your family.
1)I would like to point out this is not all my presents, I was very lucky this year and got a lot of lovely presents however I am only showing the presents, I think appropriate as some are more personal and I got so many this year that if I did show you guys all of them we would be here till next year. I was very lucky this year and I am ever so grateful. 2)I am not in anyway shape or form trying to show off, I am simply sharing with you all what I got for Christmas.

So lets start off with my main present of my dad which was a new hp laptop, I was so excited when I opened this as I have been wanting a new laptop for ages and this year my dad got me one. I was so greatful when I got this as I know laptops are not cheap and to be honest  I wasn't expecting to get one. I was so shocked and have become addicted to my laptop ever since I got it.

My main present of my mum was these beautiful uggs and omg they are so warm and comfy,  I wore these when I went to London with my dad and we were walking all day and thanks to these my feet didn't start to ache. Yes they are real uggs, these are so easy to pair with any outfit for a casual laidback look.

 My next present of my mum was actually a large dior makeup set- I have decided not to show you all of it as it just came with general stuff; foundation, lipstick, brushes ect. However this blusher is gorgeous and I have been wearing it everyday, the colour is the most beautiful combo I have ever seen.  I am obsessed with this and when I opened it I like freaked out. Also as its in the picture I might aswell include my blush brush by Samantha chapman as its super soft and helps to apply my blusher that little bit easier.
Its super light and I just overall love her brushes.

Yay I finally have the real technique eye brushes. I have been wanting them for so so so long! When I saw the packaging of these I died I was so happy and couldn't believe my mum bought them for me. I have used these everyday so far and I can safely say I am inlove.

My mum ever so kindly bought me this gorgeous Thomas sabo charm bracelet and I have been wearing it since Christmas morning- obviously taking it off  at night and when in the bath. I was so surprised to get this as I didn't ask for this and I thought it was so thoughtful and I love my mum so much.

The next thing I have don't have a picture for but my dad bought me and my sister tickets to see little mix; as my sister loves them, He also bought us tickets to see the thriller show in London in January. I am super excited for both of them, even though I am not Little mix's biggest fan but I do like some of their songs, so that'll be fun:D

 I am addicted to baths incase you didn't already know and my mum bought me the soap and glory lime set. And omg the body butter smells like cheesecake and I can honestly say  I am addicted to the scent of this set already. I have been using this bath set all the time lately.
I also got another soap and glory set called the relax station but I won't show you it as its similar to this just different scents.

As I was saying I am addicted to baths, and that means lush too. My step sister Ellis bought me this really cute little bath set containing the snowman bath ballistic and the cinders bath bomb. They both smell amazing and I cant wait to use them as I have heard great reviews on them. I also got a whole load of other bath bombs but I have used a few already so I wont show you them.

OMGOMG I was honestly too excited about this present I have been wanting to watch this film in like forever and I finally have I watched it on boxing day night and it was super amazing. I cant explain the excitement I felt when my mum gave me this film as I love the book and now the film too!!! I am so happy about this gift omg.

My mum very kindly bought me this book which I have been wanting to read for ages and I started reading it on Christmas night and I am already really loving it. I have heard so many good reviews so I hope it stays as good as it has been so far.

Who doesn't get a onesie for Christmas, I love this one as its super cosy and the hood is really woolly. This onesie is based on me to you bears which me and my mum are obsessed with and this is adorable. This is from new look I am not sure for how much but you may be able to get it in the sales.

Lastly the present I was most excited about; my hair extensions. I was shaking when I saw them as I have horrid short hair and when I wear I feel so happy because I would kill for naturally long hair, but instead I got hair extensions so I am equally as happy eeek! I also got the jumper im wearing for Christmas and its super cosy and all that jazz.

I also got a whole load of chocolate but I am sure you guys know what chocolate looks like.

This is not everything I got for Christmas however I thought these were the most appropriate gifts to show you.
Thank you for reading todays blog post. I know I got so much this year and I was very grateful and I know how lucky I am I was definitely no way trying to brag but this was requested by some of you so I did it. I was not going to as I was not sure about your reaction's but I thought I would give it a go anyway. I did not expect this much and can I just say a massive thank you to everyone who got me a present or gave me a voucher or a card or anything it really means a lot and you didn't have too.

I also redecorated my blog so I hope you all like it and enjoy reading this, let me know what you got for Christmas as I love hearing what people got.

Bye xo

Gift guide for her xo

          MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!!!!!

I am aware that's it is not actually Christmas day because trust me if it was I would have a lot more excitement in me. 5days oh my!  Who's excited?!
Hope your all enjoying your Christmas holidays so far, I am going to be as lazy as possible over the next two weeks xo

Todays post is about christmas gifts suitable for a girl; I would do for a boy aswell but its hard enough for me to buy for girls and I ohnistly don't know what boys like for Christmas.
So if you are like me and never know what to buy for a girl friend then keep reading.

Gift 1;
I personally like to buy my friends nail polish as I think it's easy and quite ohnistly if you go for barry m gelly polishes thats even better because they are amazing and have a wonderful wide range of colours to choose from.
You do have to be careful on what colors you buy as you don't want to get that wrong, so do a bit of spying and see which colours they really like and that they don't have.

 Gift 2;

My next gift idea would be an impulse collection as they are really cute and there are loads and loads of scents to choose from. They are also not overly expensive and I ohnistly believe  that any girl would love this gift.

 Gift 3;
What girl doesn't enjoy bath bombs?
Bath bombs are the perfect gift for girls because what girl ohnistly doesn't enjoy a long relaxing bath with a lovely smelling lush bomb.
Bath bombs can be tricky if the person you are buying for is fussy with smells and likes some sweet scents but then not all of them ect.
So be careful and one tip would be to go out with them and watch out for things they say they like and go back and buy it for them another day before somone else does.

Gift 4;
So this is the last gift I'm gonna show you all.
As you can see its a lipstick. It doesn't have to be particularly be this shade. However I do reccomend the Rimmel London Kate Moss lipsticks; they glide on so easily and I have not yet met a girl who does not like these lipsticks.
They last ages and are not too expensive at all.

Thankyou so much for reading my blog post today, I can't explain how much it means to me.
I hope this has helped you with gift ideas for her.

If you have any other blog ideas either comment them on my instagram you can leave a comment on here; by the way to comment on my blog you must have a gmail account.
