COUNT-DOWN CHRISTMASSS!
Hey everyone, its nearly Christmasss!!! :). Today I am going to do a blogpost on the count-down to christmas. Where basically I show you guys all the decorations my family and I put up at Christmas ect..
First of all lets start with my Christmas tree, my Christmas tree is 7ft and 6inches so my mum has to help me or my sister place the fairy on top as it is insanely tall as you can imagine . Decorating my Christmas tree is something me my mum and my younger sister all do together, it uset to be my dad included as well but now he decorates his own tree with girlfriend. Decorating our tree is always quite amusing because somebody always ends up in a state of mess.
This year we decided to go for more simple lights on the outside of our house, purely because we have decorated our house up a little bit more than usual. These lights are really cute because they shine on and off slowly and they make everything look that little bit cuter and more christmasy especially when its quite dark outside.
On the outisde of our front door this year we put up a christmasy reef, I particulary like this one becuase of the penguins and the presents. I just think it's really cute and stands out well. I also think it's very unique and different from your traditional Cristmas reef that most people tend to put up around this time of year.
So me and my sister have the coolest advent calendars, there basically buntings but pockets so instead of just getting chocolate everyday we sometimes get a little present in our advent calenders, my one is the the top one as its tartan and I have been loving tartan lately. I rthink these are a really good idea as you can use them over many years and can then be passewd down once you don't use it anymore.
Around Christmas me and my mum really start wanting to put out more candles to give it more of a winter feeling. This year we found these Christmas Spice candles and they smell amazing. I really want one for my room but I am not trusted with candles in my room for safety reasons. These are from Sainsbury incase you are interested, I don't know the price though.
FAVOURITE CHRISTMAS FILMS EVER.
I love the home alome collection so much. I watch these all year round and I always will, they make me laugh and smile so much. Home alone one is by far the best, as I don't like the way the boy changes in number 4!.
I always watch these on Christmas eve, which doesn't help as I end up getting even more excited but oh well :D
Thankyou so much for reading this blogpost. I did have a lot more pictures to show you and write about but I don't want to bore you, I might do a part 2 to this post but I am not sure.
Thankyouu xo
