Skincare product reviews!

*slaps self* I am so so so so sorry that I did not do a post yesterday, I have been having such a bad week and yesterday I actually didn't have the energy to type up a post *also couldn't think of something to do hehe* I don't have the worst skin in the world, however I do have oily skin and I have to be very careful as to what products I use on my skin otherwise I do breakout. So without further or do my skincare products;

 

Firstly, I am going to review this blackhead clean&clear daily scrub.. I don't actually get a lot of blackheads; maybe 1 or 2 a month. However I do have oily skin and this cleans away dirt and oil to prevent black heads *better safe than sorry*. This has little bits of blue in it which are hard, but don't be put off by that. There the bit that helps exfoliate your skin. Overall I do recommend this product as it does help keep away those blackheads..

 

 

 

 

Next is the freederm facial wash... can I just say this stuff disappears so quick... I use about the amount of toothpaste you use every night and morning because it spreads a lot and a little goes a long way.. However I only bought this like 3 weeks ago and I am almost out already!

This has helped clear up my spots a little bit..

 

I am actually obsessed with this tea tree set; it's a facial scrub and a foaming face wash. This really cleanses your skin and leaves it feeling fresh and clean*what I look for in a skincare product* This stuff actually has helped my skin so much... although I still get spots this prevents the amount.. don't worry if you use a lot of skincare products and you still get really bad spots *its part of growing up, I'm afraid* Any tea tree product is actually really good for your skin!

 

Last but not least is my anew cleanser; this brand isn't very well heard off. However I love this stuff so much! When you apply it to your face it highlights your pores and really cleanses them! I don't use this every night I use this up to 3 times a week..

 

 

 

I apologise for the late blog post, I also apologise for the rubbish posts recently. I am not the best blogger and I have been really struggling with ideas. I would also like to point out although I am a beauty blogger I will be including lifestyle/q&a/random blogs as I like to mix things up a bit but the majority will be beauty related! If you have any ideas then please just let me know because I am always open to your suggestions!

My Morning Routine xo

Hey everyone, I am extremely nervous about this blogpost because this is more of an experiment. I have only ever seen youtubers do morning routines; so I decided to give it a go and do a post on my morning routine.

I do apologise in advance as I am not sure how this will go;

 

Sorry about my ipod screen... I dropped it.

Anyway it that's horrid time of morning again when your alarm goes off interrupting your beauty sleep. I try to not click snooze as this sometimes leads me to fall properly asleep again and wakeup late.

 

 

Whilst I am waking up I love to watch youtube videos; today I decided to watch Joe Suggs and Marcus Butlers electric shock challenge.. which I could not stop laughing at! I also enjoy reading other peoples blog*leave your blog details below!*

 

 

Now I have to go and let out my beautiful puppy for her business and give her some water and food. I usually have to drag myself down these stairs. As you can see my dog is always ready for her food.

 

After letting my puppy out; I like to have breakfast I am not really that hungry in the morning as its far too early but because I need energy I like to eat these peach and apricot cereal bars. I have recently become obsessed with herbal teas; today I decided to go for lemon and ginger; my personal favourite. Herbal teas are really good for you and if your a girl and its your time of the month I recommend drinking green tea.

 

Whilst drinking my herbal tea I like to check my twitter and instagram; this could take up to 15 minutes.. Sometimes I also like to check my blog and see how its getting on*Good I hope*

After unsticking myself from the sofa I brush my teeth; I promise. I just use a colgate toothpaste nothing too fancy.. I do this for 2 minutes*correct time*

 

 

 

Now because I have terrible skin; I have to use a few products to try and tame my bad skin; I wont go into detail about how I use these as I am doing a separate blogpost on that but I use;

1. Tea tree facial scrub and face wash
2. Freederm spot prone skin oil free face wash
3. Clean and clear blackhead facial scrub
4. Garnier exfoliater
5. Anew renewal cleanser

 

For some reason a lot of people think I smack a load of makeup on my face for school; however this is all I wear to school. Depending on if I am having a good skin day then I will only wear concealer under my eyes and on parts of my skin that get red. I do also do do my hair at this point; which I do not have a picture of but its most likely in a plait or down or in a ponytail.

 

*I would get dressed by now however I wont include my uniform for safety reasons* I like to wear these scents to school so I don't smell boring, but I smell lovely and clean*I hope*

Question and answer part 2!

Hey everyone, so today I am answering more of your questions *round of applause*. I was going to postpone this post until tomorrow as I am not feeling as enthusiastic, but here I am doing this post *pats myself on the back* Okay enough rambling before you all get bored, lets answer your questions..

 

1. Will you ever set up a youtube account? I would love to set up a youtube account, however I don't think I have the confidence or the patience to go through the whole editing process *lazy*. Right now I am just going to stick to my blog, in which is kind of already stepping out of my comfort zone as I am nervous that people wont like what I write about.
2. What do you love to eat the most?     COOKIE DOUGH ICE CREAM OMG. I am obsessed with cookie dough ice cream it is actually so amazing, I wish I could manage to eat the whole tub however I get so full I can't.
3. What made you photography obsessed? To tell you the truth, I don't know what made me photography obsessed.. I just became ocd with my instagram pictures. Also family and friends would comment on my photography 'skills' and say I was good at it and this urged me to get into photography.
4. Do you have a lot of haters? I don't think I have a lot of haters.. I am lucky enough to have never received any nasty comments or messages *thank you*.
5. Name one person you have met through blogging ect..  Reagan, I met Reagan through twitter when she asked me to check out her youtube channel*I will leave her links down below*. Reagan is the nicest person I have ever met through the internet, she comes from California and is 18, we both find the time difference really weird and enjoy working out the time difference. Me and Reagan have formed a lovely relationship and we have a lot in common, she is new to youtube and I love watching her videos.
6. What do you enjoy doing the most in your sparetime? SHOPPING!!!*OBSESSED* . I love shopping so much, especially with my friends. I also love spending time with my family and watching films together.
7. Do you ever get nervous when doing a blogpost? Yes, all the time. Although I have been doing them for a few months now everytime I still get nervous because I am scared that you will not enjoy reading my posts as much as somebody elses.

Question and answer post part1.

Hey everyone, so I know my usual schedule is Wednesdays and Saturdays sometimes..but so many of you have been emailing me questions and to tell you the truth I am home alone and I could not be anymore bored. There will be a part two as so many questions were asked so you still have a chance to ask me any questions by next Wednesday..

 

So those of you who asked me questions I am going to keep your names and details private for your own safety . I am aware that I did a blogpost yesterday aswell however I hope you don't mind two in one weekend!

If your question has not been answered on here feel free to ask me a question whenever you want too.

 

 

1) What made you want to start a blog? I was absolutely obsessed with Zoellas blog and wanted to be just like her... I didn't really think much of my blog at first to be honest, I never expected it to get over a 1000views a day. It was more of an experiment however now I take my blog so seriously and really enjoy it.

 

2) Favourite subject? Now with this question I am not sure what type of subject this is aimed at but lets answer It anyway; In school my favourite subject is textiles because I enjoy the creativity side of things and being able to create something very unique looking... My favourite subject in conversation would have to be Disney films or childhood memories, although I am only 13 I do have so many memories of when I was younger and I love sharing them with friends and family. I am also addicted to disney...

 

3) What do I love? I love my friends and family and all my blog viewers the most in life because you have all given me such courage and determination over the last few months.. I would not be doing my blog today if it wasn't for all you guys because i was very scared about doing a blog, incase people thought I was trying to be someone I am not.

 

4) What do you want to be when your older? This question was probably asked a million times; well i would love to be a fashion journalist as it combines photography fashion celebrities and journalism all my favourite things... One day if my work appeared in a magazine my life would be complete.. that is my biggest dream. OR I would also love to be a photographer as I am obsessed with photography and most of my art homework is based on photography..oops.

 

5) Who is your number one favourite youtuber? This question is soo hard...... However Zoella is my favourite youtuber as she is my inspiration and the reason I wanted to create a blog. I love her videos so so so much and she cheers me up all the time. I actually look up to Zoella as she has been through so much but always had a smile on her face.

 

6) What is your favourite animal? Now you might all think im weird but my favourite animals are sheep and lambs... I have never eaten lamb in my life and I refuse too... the reason for this is because my all time favourite aunty Leslie and Uncle John and my two cousins laura and jenna live on a farm up north and I always go and see them and love helping around the farm; I have so many memories of being a child and feeding the lambs and herding up the sheep.. I feel that because I have seen them throughout my life and actually had my own pet sheep called litlin(I was about 9 when I named my lamb and she was tiny so) I just fell inlove with them and I have so many lambs teddys to this day.

 

7) What is your favourite drink? LEMONADE/PINK LEMONADE!! You can ask my older step brother George about this one because he will tell you how hyper I get when drinking Lemonade. I remember going our for a meal with my mum and sister and her boyfriend and his children. Well.... someone gave me and George lemonade and we kind off got a bit too hyper..... HEEEHEEEEEE! Lemonade is the reason me&George created a language called neaw containing words like;pfft, birch, moo and many more... I took the language a bit too serious I think..

Random haul..xo

 

 

 Hey everyone, so I might have accidently went shopping earlier today with my bestfriend Jenny... This a really random haul as they are all little bits and pieces, I did not buy any clothes today as I didn't see anything that I liked. Enjoyy

 

 

 

As always I went into lush... oopss. Today I bought the karma bubble bar because it smells amazing!!! This was around £3.25. I honestly  prefer bubble bars because you don't have to use them all at once and they make your baths so bubbly!! I would try and describe the scent to you but I am terrible at that..



 

My bestfriend Jenny actually forced me into buying the dragons egg bath ballistic.. this again was around £3.25. I decided to give it a go because I really really really enjoy long baths that make you smell amazing, which I hope this one does. I am not sure what this does but I am sure I will like it.

 

 



I hope you can see these okay.. I apologise for their photo but I was running out of memory so just put them in the same photo. These are two facemasks, I love how fresh facemask make my skin feel afterwards. I got a mint choc chip one for those days when I am just relaxing with my friends and a witch hazel one for when my pores are being really bad. These are 90p each from Primark and I have an obsession with these.......

omgomgomg I have an obsession with Ariel she is my favourite Disney princess EVER!!!! I still watch the little mermaid films to this day.. When I saw these socks I actually died... I just want to put them on now and watch every single little mermaid dvd!! These were only £2.50 from primark and I couldn't not buy them.. I want to go back and buy loads more so I can wear them every single day I love them that much!!

How cute are these nail files... these were only a pound and the pattern made me die inside.

I am actually trying to grow my nails longer and keep them in a nice shape so to do that I need nail files.... These will hopefully make filing my nails so much more fun as I get quite bored whilst doing that.

 

 

So if you have been reading my posts for a long time(thankyou if you have ily!) You will have seen this powder... however very smashed up and looking rather used.. I do have a dior powder on the go right now. However I am so scared of running out of it because its so amazing I decided to repurchase this rimmel London stay matte powder. This keeps your foundation lasting all day and also keeps your oily skin hidden. I hope I don't drop this one and smash it again x_x..

This is £3.99 from boots/superdrug.

 

 

Hmm... wow that messy background.. lets pretend we didn't see that..

I use hairspray all the time and I am forever 'borrowing' my mums and forgetting to put it back in the cupboard..  My friend Sophie raves about this hairspray quite a lot.. it was only £2.49 and I decided to give it a go. They come in all different strengths which confused the life out of me so I just went for the extra strength and walked away before I got a headache.

 

 

Again with the mess.. I had a sleepover okay and that means messy room.. I promise to tidy up after this blogpost...maybe..

 

I also like to 'borrow' my mums dryshampoo whenever I cant be bothered to wash my hair(ew yucky)

This is the Batiste coconut&exotic tropical scented  one. OMG this stuff smells amazing!!!!!! I had never really tried this one before because I didn't really think much off it and I was missing out, badly. This was only £2.99 from boots and this is the medium sized can.

 

As I said this haul was random.. I didn't really need anything in particular but I just picked up these bits and bobs. I apologise that this probably wasn't the most amazing haul post however I am trying to stick to my new years resolution of 2 blogposts a week and a haul was the only thing I could really think off.. Sorryy:*

Confidence

Confidence

Hey everyone, if you read my new years resolution post(woop if you did) you would have seen that one of them was too boost my confidence- when I was reading other peoples post I saw confidence come up quite a few times too.

 

It seems to me that everyone in our society has this 'perfect image' in their heads. A certain way that people now a days think you have too look to be seen as attractive or beautiful or be noticed by another human being.

 

I myself have felt this way for a long time.. I've thought I was fat because I wear a size 8-10 or get a few spots, or not having a thigh gap or not having that long hair that goes past your chest.

 

You do not need to be a size 4-6-8 to be seen as skinny, you don't need to have that thigh gap or have your bones sticking out. When I asked my step brother if he likes it when girls bones stick out he said no; bones aren't attractive. If you start getting spots don't worry about it, its all part of growing up and everyone you meet will get spots too.

 

 

 

So that boy you really like doesn't like you back.. or hasn't said your pretty or complemented you on your looks. He's probably too shy to confront you or innocently wants to be your friend, nothing else. Don't start to wear more and more makeup everyday  to impress him because its better to be natural than cover the real you up. I wear makeup to school because it makes me feel more comfortable in my appearance, however I don't overdo my makeup.

 

 

So what you eat 3 meals a day and a snack at your break time at school. That doesn't make you fat or greedy.  Don't be afraid to eat in front of boys either, eating is natural everyone does it. If you want to lose weight then simply exercise or don't eat as much chocolate(as tempting as it is). You don't need to starve yourself to lose weight or throw up your food after eating because you feel guilty. Most girls starve because things get out of control and they get such low self confidence. 

 

Once you have called a girl fat that phrase will stick in her head, forever. She will look at herself and see the complete opposite because you called her fat and she is not, she'll starve, sometimes things go too far and people end up very ill.

 

'PERFECT IMAGE/BODY FIGURE' THIS DOES NOT EXIST!! Nobody has the perfect image or body figure nobody in this world is perfect. Everybody has a different interpretation of the 'perfect image' there is not a law or rule that has said you must look this way or have this body figure to be perfect. Sadly our cold blooded society today has built an image that young girls feel that they have to look like.

 

 

Jennifer Lawrence doesn't wear a size 4/6/8 however she's still beautiful. She doesn't have a thigh gap but I bet nearly everyone reading this thinks she gorgeous.

Jennifer is evidence that you do not have to starve or be as skinny as others to be seen as pretty.

 

Everybody is beautiful. Its not that you that's ugly its society.

 

Thankyou for reading, I know this was long and most of you probably thought this was boring. However low confidence is something I suffer with and I get very annoyed when girls think they have to look a certain way to be beautiful because you don't.

My current favourite bath products xo

Favourite Bath products..

Hey everyone, today I fancied a change in blog posts as I seem to do a lot of makeup or fashion related blog posts, which I do enjoy doing however today I fancied a change. I also really enjoy baths so this blog post is ideal for me. Mainly all my favourite bath products are from lush, I am not being sponsored by them but these are the only bath products I really use. I hope you all enjoy it xo

 

Body Lotions/shower gel;

 

My first favourite body lotion is sugar crush by soap&glory, this stuff smells absolutely amazing.. It personally reminds me of lemon cheesecake and I have to stop myself from wanting to eat it.

I have used so much of this already and I use it nearly everyday. I do not know the price of this as it came in a set and I got it for Christmas.

 

I absolutely love this shower jelly in sweetiepie by lush. This makes your bath so much fun and smells amazing! It smells like blackcurrant fruit shoots. However once you have dropped it in the bath it takes forever to pick it up again. I often drop it quite a few times whilst I'm in the bath. This only cost me £3.25 and I have had this for a couple of months now and it has lasted me this long. You can freeze it to use it as a hard soap or chill it in the fridge so it's nice and cold. You can also wash your hair with this so it's good for multiple uses.

 

Body scrub;

 

 

Again going along with the sugar crush scent.. I have been loving the sugar crush body scrub.. This is amazing for dry skin. I am not a massive fan of body scrubs as sometimes they irritate my skin but luckily this one hasn't it has helped areas of my body were dry skin appears.

 

As you may tell most of my favourite body products are from soap and glory, but I love their bath products so much.

This is the scrub of your life body scrubs, I personally like this one to exfoliate my skin after having a tan; I used this to help exfoliate my skin after my step sister gave me a spray tan, I will leave her links below if you are interested in getting a spray tan.

This is absolutely amazing for rough elbows or knees because after using this on either of them they instantly become super smooth!

 

Body butters;

 

Does anyone else think I have an obsession with the sugar crush scent... I do.. But this body butter! Wow the scent, I could eat this stuff. It really makes your skin feel smooth and leaves a beautiful scent on your skin. I only really like to use this when I am having more of a relaxing bath because this scent is so beautiful I like to make using this a treat instead of a everyday thing.

 

 

 

I am also enjoying this body butter from soap and glory as well, this is one I do prefer to use more often as this scent is quite plain and simple and isn't too overpowering.  This is more of a perfumed scent I find..  Which is why I prefer to use this one more often. I love the way it feels on your skin, its gentle and soft and doesn't irritate my skin.

Dior makeup collection xo

Hey everyone, this post was requested by Millie and I will leave her instagram down below as you should definitely go follow her, she is so sweet and supports my blog lots!

Millie asked me to either do my beauty favourites/dior makeup. Honestly I love so much make up that if I did my beauty favourites we would be here forever. I decided to do my dior makeup as I am so excited about it and love it all so much. So here we go...

 

So here is a quick over view of all my new dior makeup- I have been wearing it all every single day! I did get this as my main Christmas present of my mumma:*, with that said I am no way trying to show off about this present.

 

How stunning is this makeup bag!! When I saw it I died. It isn't nothing too outgoing, its a lovely silver and lookers very sophisticated. It is super sturdy and is easy to wipe clean if you happen to get makeup or any other substance on it.

 

I didn't know till I got to the bottom of the bag Christmas day that it came with these stunning brushes. They are so soft and gentle on your skin. These are great for travelling as they aren't as big as your everyday brushes and easily fit into your bag!

 

Yeah this is a little bit messy... As I said I use this everyday.

This powdered foundation has great coverage and has really helped to prevent my horrid oily skin at times.

This comes with a foundation sponge thingy... I don't know what you would call it, anyhow its great to chuck in your bag to top up your makeup during the day.. I actually took this up to London with me when I went there with my dad and it was a life saver.

 

 

 

This by far my favourite product in the dior set. The colour is absolutely stunning and suits my skin tone really well. It doesn't make you look to pink, it gives you that just been outside and its chilly out there kind of look if you get what I mean.

I am obsessed with this blush omg.

 

 This colour is stunning. I love this lipstick so much it is so pigmented. The packaging is beautiful and makes me feel so sophisticated when applying it. Its a gorgeous red and the shade is; 802.

I really enjoy wearing this lipstick as part of my everyday makeup,

 

Now I am not to keen on this packaging, however the mascara formula is amazing and thank god it is not waterproof as that is one of the few of items of makeup I cannot stand.

This mascara lengthens and curls my eyelashes and really makes them look a lot longer. Its the perfect mascara for someone like me.

 

 

This next product is just a normal pencil eyeliner and I haven't actually got round to using it yet, so I cant actually say too much about it. However when I have I will give you  guys a quick review.

 

This picture isn't the best as the flash from my camera bounced straight off.

This packaging is the prettiest I have ever seen on a lipgloss and the colour is gorgeous. It isn't too sticky and glossy. I like to wear this if I am being a bit lazy and cant be bothered with lipstick.

 

Again with the flash.

I really like the packaging of this eyeliner as again its very plain and simple and isn't too much.

This is a liquid eyeliner in black and I have been using this do my eyeliner like every single day when I can be bothered. It glides on nicely and does not take me ages to get off. The applicator is the perfect size and makes winging out my eyeliner so easy.

 Sneaky little haul..

Hey everyone so today I had an amazing day shopping with my little beauty's and it was just a really cute day, full of laughs and smiles.

Although I have a rather large blogpost prepared for tomorrow requested by Millie, I won't tell you what is it yet though... Its a big one though xo

I thought I would share with you guys what I bought as I really enjoying doing hauls and also reading them.

 

 

 This picture is a little bit out of focus, I apologise for that. You don't understand how long I have wanted to try one of these apocalips for. I have heard so many good reviews about them and whilst the sales are on I thought why not try one. This is shade 500luna, its quite a peachy shade. So its great for most everyday makeup looks.

 

 

 

Sadly I am running out of my collection lasting imperfection concealer and I like to venture out and try new brands a lot. I have heard amazing reviews on the rimmel London wake me up concealer and foundation. However I only picked up the concealer as I have a foundation on the go at the moment.

I did want to repurchase my old concealer, when I was this one on offer for £3:49 which is amazing and I also was curious to try this out.

 

 

This last item is not makeup, its one of the best items I have picked up in a sale yet!

 

 How stunning is this little satchel the second I saw it I knew I needed it. It is just the right size for going shopping with your friends or going for dinner or anything like that. I love the design of it and I am completely inlove with this satchel.

It was originally £36 but in the sales it was reduced to £15 less than half price!!

I actually did not realise this till I got home, but its actually real leather!! Considering I only paid £15 for a real leather bag  I think that's absolutely amazing. Topshop sales have really redeemed themselves as I have always thought they were absolute rubbish, but this little satchel proved me wrong..
