Hello everybody!
I often get asked about how I changed my diet to something a lot healthier so instead of repeating myself constantly I decided to make a post on it!
Like most people I would get home from school and head straight to the snack cupboard, often choosing something rather unhealthy like chocolate or crisps. These snacks are really irrelevant and everybody can go without them to be honest. Now when I get in from school I go for something a lot healthier but still filling e.g fruit or nuts or a smoothie even! This way I'm not taking in extra un needed sugar.
I can't stress enough how important it is to eat three meals a day, NOT TWO OR ONE. Your supposed to have a big breakfast, medium sized lunch and small a dinner. I always eat breakfast now, I never uset to but I have made a thing of eating breakfast. Try to cut out all things like mcdonalds or any other take aways as much as possible!
Exercise is so important! I go to the gym 4times a week, minimum. I'm not saying you have to go a fancy gym, going for a run around where you live is just as good for you! Even walking your dog.
Eating healthier can help too now I am not saying go on a diet but just adjust your eating habits.
I can not stress this enough DO NOT USE PILLS OR SHAKES TO LOSE WEIGHT. Although these may work they are so so so bad for your body! They are full of harsh chemicals ect..

Third , common sense, if you would like know the use of a Healthy Lifestyle, you should repeat a number of balanced pattern as part of your current daily or even regular things to do, a number of habits just like consuming appropriate along with training.
