Banana&Blueberry Pancakes

 
 
 
 
Hey lovelies. Today I thought I would share with you all one of my treat myself breakfasts. I usually opt for granola with fruit and yoghurt so this is something a little bit more exciting. This only takes around ten minutes to make as well so you could even make this when in a rush. I will admit my pancakes didn't turn out the best but they still tasted amazing!
 
 


What you need :

1 banana
2 eggs
A handful of almonds (optional)
A handful or two of blueberries
Tea spoon of cinnamon
Tea spoon of baking soda

To create this super yummy pancakes you need to mush up your banana until it begins to look like baby food. Not the most attractive site. Now add your two eggs, cinnamon and baking soda. Whisk it all together. If you want you can place it in the blender for about 30seconds because you don't wait to be too smooth.

Once out of the blender you can add your blueberries and almonds or chocolate chips if you want it to be an extra treat.

I'm sure you all know how to make a pancake, pop it in the pan until one sides down, flip it and your pancakes good to go. I really struggled flipping mine today hence the mess of them.

Once your done making how ever many your heart desires serve them up. I topped mine with more almonds and blueberries. I also added a drizzle of honey to make them a little bit sweeter.
 

These are honestly the best tastiest thing ever and there not bad for you either and as you can see super easy to make. Enjoy!!
